Where do we store your Info and does your Info cross international borders?

As a tech-forward firm, we store your data on the cloud. Some info may be stored or accessed when we use the services of 3rd party service providers. You consent to transfer of information to countries outside your country of residence and acknowledge that your info may be subject to the regulations and data privacy standards of other countries.

Cube Law Corporation will, wherever possible, contractually obligate 3rd party service providers to adhere to Canadian data privacy regulations and privacy laws.

How do we protect your info?

To protect your info, we do the following:

1. Follow industry standard data protection security standards while processing your info; and
2. We adhere to our privacy best-practices and regularly train staff and audit our systems to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, and use.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the security thus any info shared with us is at your own risk.

What rights do you have regarding your info?

Subject to this privacy policy and applicable laws, you may have the following rights with regards your Info:

1. The right to inquire if we are processing your info and request a copy of your info;
2. The right to accuracy, thus we are required to keep your info up-to-date and complete; and
3. The right to request that we correct inaccuracies or omissions in your info.

You also have the right to make a complaint to data protection authorities which is usually particular to the province or country that you reside.
