Cube Law Corporation is a South Surrey law firm led by Rajat Verma, who works on every file. Our office is in the Morgan Creek area, and we act for clients in White Rock, Cloverdale and Langley, and online across BC. We quote a fixed fee before work begins and explain what it covers, so you know what to expect. Most of our work is probate, incorporations, wills and estate planning, family agreements and uncontested divorce, with real estate and notary services as well.

What does a fixed fee include?
A fixed fee covers the legal work set out in your written quote, and we give you the quote before we start. Government fees, taxes and other third-party costs are usually separate, and we list them for you. If the scope of your matter changes, we tell you before anything extra is added.
Do you offer consultations, and is there a fee?
Yes. Consultations are paid, and we confirm the fee when you book. If you already know what you need, tell us and we can talk through the scope and your fixed fee. Contact our office to book a time, in person in South Surrey or by video.
Can we meet online?
Yes, for many matters. For probate, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements and similar work, we meet by video, you sign online, and we verify your ID with an online identity verification service, anywhere in BC. Real estate documents are signed in person if you are in BC, with limited exceptions, such as living far from a BC lawyer or notary. Outside BC, we decide case by case; signing with a local notary is one option.
Which areas of BC do you serve?
Our office is in South Surrey, and we meet clients there in person, including from White Rock, Cloverdale and Langley. Probate, agreements and other online services are available anywhere in BC. Tell us where you live when you contact us and we will explain how we can work together.
Which languages do you speak?
Service in English, Hindi and Punjabi. German also spoken. Rajat Verma speaks English, Hindi and German and understands Punjabi. Rajinder Kaur speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi, and Salma Shaikh speaks English and Hindi. Let us know your preferred language when you book.
