Our Story
Why we work on fixed fees
Cube Law Corporation is a South Surrey law firm built around one idea: you should know the fee, the scope and who is doing the work before you hire a lawyer.
Rajat Verma founded the firm in 2020. Many legal matters follow a familiar path, so we quote a fixed fee in writing and tell you what is included and what is not. If something outside that scope comes up, we tell you before any extra cost is added.
Much of our work can be done online. Probate, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements and similar matters can be completed with clients anywhere in BC, with no travel and a clear scope from the start. If you prefer to meet in person, our office is in South Surrey.
Our work centres on probate, incorporations, wills and estate planning, family agreements and uncontested divorce, along with real estate and notary services. Service in English, Hindi and Punjabi. German also spoken.
Meet the Founder
Rajat Verma
Founder & Principal Lawyer
Rajat Verma is the principal lawyer at Cube Law Corporation and works on every file. He was called to the BC bar in 2020 and has led the firm since.
He holds an LL.B. from Lloyd Law School, a B.Tech in information technology and an MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany. Before practising in BC he worked in land development in the Lower Mainland and directed infrastructure and real estate projects in India.
That business and project background shapes how he works with business owners, property buyers and families. Rajat also designed the firm’s case management and client intake systems, so your file stays organized from first contact to completion.
Rajat is in the first year of the three-year CPA in-depth tax course, serves as Director, Legal & Secretary of Pickleball BC, the province’s sport governing body, and is a director and co-founder of the Cloverdale Pickleball Club.
Rajat speaks English, Hindi and German, and understands Punjabi.

Rajinder answers calls to the office and supports client files with legal administration. If you have a question about your file, a call to the office is a good place to start. Languages: English, Punjabi and Hindi.
Salma Shaikh
Bookkeeping & Client Intake
Salma is the first point of contact for new clients and gathers the details we need to open your file. Salma also looks after the firm’s bookkeeping and accounts. Languages: English and Hindi.
