Professional Corporation (PC) — $2,100 (All-In)

A Professional Corporation allows regulated professionals to practice through a corporation — offering tax deferral, potential income splitting, and liability structuring. The $2,100 fixed fee includes everything in the standard incorporation plus profession-specific structuring and regulatory guidance.
